OMRI Certified Organic Vermicast , also called Worm Castings, are produced locally in Central Wisconsin. This excellent supplement is teeming with billions of natural soil building beneficial bacteria, plant growth hormones, and nitrogen fixing organisms. Vermicast also helps to make phosphorus available to plant roots, which could be one reason flowering plants do better with added vermicast.

Add anywhere from 2 ounces or more per plant in your pots, containers, and gardens. Use most often during the long growing season. Use liberally since it will not burn the plant roots no matter what, however - more is not always better.
Creating a tea with worm castings is beneficial to spray or sprinkle on the leaves to increase resistance to attacks from diseases and insects. This also allows nutrients to be absorbed through the foliage.
Keep product in a shady dry place and best practice is to use within a year, but great results are had from aged product as well.
