Snow yesterday but hope is abundant

Remember the old saying, " April showers bring May flowers." ?

It's still true, these chilly rainy days are helping my apple trees to hold off on blossoming. There are many springs where we get a hard frost after the trees have blossomed and there go any hopes of fruit in the summer. I live in an area that's fine to seven degrees colder than what the weather report states for our city, near a large marsh called the Buena Vista.

Anyway- today on my list is mix up my potting soil in the wheelbarrow and fill pots. Soak my pea seeds, separate my patio starts. Feed my livestock (worms).

What are you going to do in your garden?

Find a way and enjoy,

Ma Dirt
